Hello World!

I am a hobby level Horticulturist looking to break into the field. I hope to post some pictures of my terrariums soon, along with some pictures of my other plants. I just moved and greatly reduced the number of species I have, so it will be significantly less work than it would have been a month ago.

I am interested in a fair number of "green" topics and I hope to discuss some of them here. A few goals for my distant future are to one day feed my family with an aquaponics system, grow bamboo to sell as local lumber, have a small specialty retail greenhouse, build my own strawbale home, and find/use small scale ways to harness this worlds vast supply of kinetic energy.
